We want you to be completely satisfied with DeleteFrom. This Refund Policy explains when and how you can receive a refund.

1. Free Tier

The free exposure scan requires no payment and is not subject to refunds. The scan is provided at no cost with no obligation.

2. Paid Subscriptions - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

All paid subscriptions (Pro and Business) come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason within the first 30 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

  • The 30-day guarantee applies to your first subscription period only.
  • To request a refund, email us at support@deletefrom.com within 30 days of your initial payment.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

3. After the 30-Day Guarantee Period

After the initial 30-day period:

  • Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for the remaining days in a billing cycle.
  • Annual subscriptions: You may cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 60 days of an annual subscription, we will provide a prorated refund for the remaining unused months. After 60 days, no refunds are provided, but your access continues until the end of the annual period.

4. Service Credits

In certain circumstances, we may offer service credits instead of refunds:

  • Service downtime: If the Service is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours due to an issue on our end, you may request a credit proportional to the downtime.
  • Removal performance: If we fail to submit removal requests to any identified Data Sources within 14 days of detection (for Pro and Business subscribers), you may request a service credit for that billing period.

5. What Is NOT Eligible for Refund

  • Data Sources that refuse removal: Some third-party Data Sources may refuse or delay our removal requests. Since this is outside our control, it is not grounds for a refund. We will continue to follow up on your behalf.
  • Public records: Government databases and public records may be exempt from deletion requests under applicable law. This is not grounds for a refund.
  • Data re-listing: If your data reappears on a previously cleared Data Source, this is not grounds for a refund. Our monitoring service is designed to detect and re-initiate removal automatically.
  • Account misuse or violation of Terms: Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email support@deletefrom.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your account email address and reason for the request
  3. We will respond within 2 business days
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
  • Active removal requests will be completed, but no new scans or removals will be initiated.
  • Monitoring will stop at the end of your billing period.
  • Your account data will be deleted within 30 days of the end of your billing period, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
